Can't recommend highly enough for shopping

Excellent ambiance, excellent service. the flat-screen TV made our downtime enjoyable, and the beach access was a fantastic perk for relaxing between shopping trips.

Couldn’t find a single fault.

great central spot for city strolls and ocean views

I appreciated how easy it was to walk to the beach just a few steps away and explore the nearby Municipal Aquarium, which is only around 500 meters down the road, making it perfect for casual weekend strolls. however, the service could have been friendlier, especially when asking about breakfast times.

My recent stay at the Sheraton in Santos was delightful. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the spacious room offered a lovely city view. I appreciated the nice pool available for guests. However, the bathroom door could use some maintenance. Overall, a satisfying experience.

It was just a decent option for a whistle-stop in Santos with incredible value for money. The shower was nice but leaked water everywhere after use. Try to avoid cleaning requests if you want privacy.

my stay at the sheraton was fantastic! the guest room was spacious, with a lovely en suite featuring a walk-in shower. the bed was cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. the friendly staff, especially eduardo at breakfast, made me feel so welcome! the location was great, just a quick walk in front of the shopping mall to the beachfront.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

I recently stayed for 4 nights in a 2 Queen City view room, and I must say the location was unbeatable, right across from a major shopping mall and just a short walk to the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to lend towels for the beach. It was great having a coffee maker in the room to start my mornings. The only drawback was the lobby aroma, which felt a bit overpowering at times.

Great indoor heated pool for families.

We faced issues with room cleanliness and maintenance. The bathroom door was damaged and the refrigerator inside was dirty. Service in the restaurant was disappointingly slow, which added to our frustration during our stay.

Great location right beside a shopping mall and a quick stroll to the beach. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, which made things easier. Room was spacious with a comfortable king bed. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool. Breakfast had a solid selection, especially the muesli. However, some little things could be better. The shower leaked, leaving the bathroom wet after use. There was no welcome note for our honeymoon, which felt a bit overlooked. I also noticed that despite asking not to have our room cleaned, they still did. Lastly, the choice of sheets made for a somewhat uncomfortable night. The stayed just a little frustrating. Overall, the ambiance was nice, and I would consider coming back.

Everything was perfect! The spacious room with a stunning city view made every morning feel special. I loved how the warm staff, especially Eduardo at breakfast, went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Plus, the location is superb, just a short stroll to the beach and shopping mall!

Santos is a treasure trove of local eats! The muesli at breakfast was a game-changer, and nearby Haru Temakeria serves up the freshest sushi. Plus, the staff are friendly and the location is unbeatable next to the coolest mall.

We had a rough start with room allocation noise and a bit of sloppiness in maintenance. The restaurant was empty but service was slow as molasses, which felt off. Still, everything else popped with Santos charm.
